Ready for more? GEZE will be showcasing innovative solutions for doors and buildings at BAU 2027
At BAU 2027, GEZE will be presenting its latest solutions for doors, windows and smart networking for buildings. The focus will be the new TS 7000 generation of door closers, the Axira pivot drive system, the myGEZE Connectivity building automation and control solution and the Powerturn Self-Evacuation swing door drive. Other highlights include new solutions for automatic sliding and revolving doors. Visitors can find GEZE at the Munich Exhibition Centre in Hall B1, stands 538–539, from 11 to 15 January 2027.
Under the trade fair slogan ‘Ready for more’, GEZE will display how modern door, window and safety technology, digital networking and service expertise come together to create comprehensive solutions, across a total area of over 500 square metres.
At BAU, we will be demonstrating how our door and window solutions, when combined with smart connectivity, enable greater comfort, security and cost-effective building operation. We are particularly proud of our new generation of door closers, the TS 7000. In developing this range, we have taken into account the requirements of planners, fabricators, operators and users alike: simple planning and installation, ease of opening and reliable closing – even in challenging installation situations.

A key highlight at the GEZE stand: the award-winning TS 7000 door closer and its innovative features.

The TS 7000 is one of the highlights at the GEZE stand. Visitors can try out the new door closer for themselves in various installation situations, and experience first-hand the combination of easy opening and reliable closing. GEZE is also organising an installation challenge, giving fabricators the chance to test for themselves just how quick and easy it is to install the door closer. For the first time, GEZE is also presenting the TS 7000 as a solution for double-leaf doors, featuring the TS 7000 GF SC EH SD functional guide rail. It combines a built-in smoke switch with an electric hold-open device for both door leaves. This ensures that doors remain open for easy access in everyday life and close automatically if smoke is detected.
Thanks to the new Easyflow technology, which delivers high efficiency, the TS 7000 combines effortless opening with reliable closing. This is particularly relevant where doors need to open smoothly as well as close securely – for example, in airlocks or escape routes.
Furthermore, the new generation of door closers meets the requirements of DIN 18040 and DIN SPEC 1104, ensuring unrestricted accessibility. The TS 7000 also offers flexibility when it comes to planning and installation: a single closer body is suitable for all types of installation. Thanks to the SNAPnFIX installation aid, the TS 7000 is particularly quick and easy to install. Its high temperature stability ensures consistent closing performance and reduces the need for temperature-related readjustment. The TS 7000 was recognised with the ICONIC AWARD 2025 for its design, ease of use and accessibility features. It also received the German Design Award 2026.
Axira: The first drive system for pivot doors to be certified to EN 16005

Alongside the TS 7000, GEZE is showcasing the Axira automatic pivot drive system at the trade fair, for the first time in a double-leaf version. With its pivot door drive, GEZE was the first supplier to launch a drive system for pivot doors tested and certified in accordance with EN 16005. Axira combines the design possibilities of large pivot doors with the convenience of automatic door opening. The system moves door leaves weighing up to 450 kilograms and accommodates dimensions of up to 2,400 millimetres in width and 4,000 millimetres in height. This opens up new possibilities for architects and planners when designing impressive entrance areas.
Revo.PRIME Glass Top: Transparency with a drive mechanism integrated into the glass roof
GEZE presents the Revo.PRIME Glass Top as another solution for sophisticated architecture. The new all-glass variant complements the Revo.PRIME revolving door range. In this variant, the compact drive is integrated into the glass roof. The solution impresses with its uncompromising aesthetics and maximum transparency, making it ideal for prestigious entrance areas. Sophisticated profiles emphasise this effect and ensure that the solution blends almost seamlessly into modern glass façades. Smooth operation and integration with the building automation control system complement the design benefits.
myGEZE Connectivity: Building automation as a key component of modern building concepts

As well as door technology, GEZE will also be focusing on the smart connectivity for buildings at BAU 2027. With myGEZE Connectivity, the company demonstrates how door, window and security technology can be integrated into building automation and controlled centrally. The heart is the myGEZE Control Viewer panel software– a browser-based programme for visualising, monitoring and operating connected GEZE product systems, including those in the fields of rescue route technology and automatic drives. The application is based on myGEZE Control and provides a centralised overview of device statuses. This gives operators an overview of the connected systems and enables them to manage them via a single interface.
Powerturn Self-Evacuation: Accessible self-evacuation

The Powerturn Self-Evacuation will also be on display. The swing door drive enables accessible self-evacuation by allowing the door to be opened automatically at the push of a button, even in the event of an alarm. This solution makes it easier for people with reduced mobility to pass through the door unaided in an emergency.
At BAU, GEZE will be demonstrating how safety and accessibility can be combined, even in challenging applications.
New perspectives in the field of sliding door systems
In the field of automatic sliding door systems, GEZE will be showcasing new drive and profile solutions at BAU 2027. The new HPRdrive sliding door drive will be on display, alongside others. It is designed for demanding environmental conditions: thanks to its IP 66 protection rating, its corrosion resistance and its seawater-resistant design, it is also suitable for highly specialised installation situations. An extended temperature range opens up further possible applications.
GEZE is also showcasing its new thermally separated profile system, GCprofile Therm, which includes the RC3 function. This solution therefore combines thermal insulation with enhanced anti-burglary protection. In future, the GCprofile Therm will be able to be used with the Slimdrive SL NT, ECdrive T2 and Powerdrive sliding door drives.
Solutions covering the entire building life cycle
The exhibition stand combines the individual product highlights with a consideration of the building as a whole. Through its networked applications, GEZE demonstrates how door, window and safety technology can work together and be centrally monitored and operated. The technical portfolio is complemented by services ranging from door planning through to installation and commissioning, as well as maintenance and servicing. In this way, GEZE supports architects, planners, fabricators, operators and system integrators from the planning stage right through to the day-to-day building operation.
